Refund & Returns Policy — Eternal Jersey

At Eternal Jersey we want every order to arrive exactly as described and to exceed your expectations. If something is not right, we will do everything we can to make it right.
Our Returns Window
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all packaging intact
- Returned with the Certificate of Tribute included
To start a return, contact us at support@eternaljersey.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or Certificate of Tribute
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Sizing
We recommend checking the size guide before ordering. We accept returns for incorrect size within 14 days provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us at support@eternaljersey.com before returning your item.
Important Notice About Our Products
All Eternal Jersey products are fan-made tribute items. They are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with any football player, club, league, or brand. The printed signature on each jersey is a digitally reproduced tribute — it is not a hand-signed autograph and is not sold as one. This is clearly stated on every product listing and in the Certificate of Tribute included with every order. Refund requests based on a misunderstanding of this nature will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; however, we make every effort to ensure our product descriptions are clear and transparent.
