How do I choose the right size?
Our jerseys follow standard international sizing. If you normally wear Medium, choose Medium. Check the size chart in the product images for exact measurements.
Will the printed signature fade or wash off?
The printed signature uses durable ink. Wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle, or hand-wash. Do not iron directly over the print.
Can I frame the jersey?
Yes. Jerseys arrive unused and are suitable for wearing, gifting or framing.
What is included?
The selected fan-tribute jersey, an Eternal Jersey Certificate of Tribute card and a black presentation box.
Is the signature hand-signed?
No. The signature is printed on the jersey and is not an original hand-signed autograph.
Is this official merchandise?
No. Eternal Jersey pieces are independent fan tributes and are not affiliated with any player, club, federation, league or sportswear brand.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once preparation or fulfilment begins, cancellation may not be possible.
