1. About Eternal Jersey
Eternal Jersey is an independent fan tribute collectibles store. We produce and sell premium printed signature tribute jerseys celebrating football legends. Our products are fan-made collectibles and are not official merchandise.
2. Fan Tribute Disclaimer — Important
All products sold on eternaljersey.com are fan-made tribute items. They are independent collectibles produced by Eternal Jersey and are:
- Not official merchandise of any football player, club, national federation, league, or governing body
- Not affiliated with any player, club, league, brand, or sportswear manufacturer
- Not endorsed by any individual, organisation, or rights holder
- Not licensed by any football body or player rights organisation
The printed signature on each jersey is a digitally reproduced tribute — a high-quality reproduction permanently applied to the fabric. It is not a hand-signed autograph and is not sold, represented, or implied to be one. The Certificate of Tribute included with every order is a fan tribute presentation document — it is not a certificate of authenticity for a genuine autograph.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order on eternaljersey.com you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
- You have read the full product description and understand what you are purchasing
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in your local currency. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–18 business days depending on your location. We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Eternal Jersey is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content on eternaljersey.com — including our brand name, logo, Certificate of Tribute design, product photography, and written content — is the property of Eternal Jersey and may not be reproduced without permission.
Player names used on tribute jerseys are used in a nominative, descriptive, and editorial context to identify the historical figure being celebrated. No endorsement by or affiliation with any named individual is implied or claimed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternal Jersey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts. If you are based in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
